The path, to be targeted according to the reality in which one operates, can be broken down into four macro-phases<\/strong> (see image below). There is no actual finishing point, in that the model for analysing, identifying and undertaking actions and corrective measures is to be seen as one of continuous improvement, seeking ever more ambitious results even though they might be more difficult to achieve.<\/p>\n\n

Achieving sustainable development objectives can be a great opportunity to mitigate environmental impact<\/strong>while providing a significant economic benefit<\/strong> for the more energy-intensive activities, as well as a strong stimulus for the evolution and spread of increasingly virtuous business models.<\/p>\n\n

Given the increasing complexity and sophistication of the energy world and the multidisciplinarity required to successfully tackle the challenge of energy efficiency, it is important to adopt a systemic and mindful approach,<\/strong>drawing up long-term energy strategies and policies with the help of specialists such as energy managers, energy management experts (EGE) and energy service companies (ESCOs), who are able to provide the technical, managerial and financial expertise to carry out ambitious projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

The transition towards a sustainable and carbon-free energy system requires the synergistic application of technological and strategic solutions, maximising system efficiency, improving the transformation of energy carriers and producing from alternative and renewable
