Simultaneous production of electricity and heat through reliable and widely deployed technologies may prove to be a winning formula for distributed generation dedicated to self-consumption, providing the conditions for its proper deployment are met.

Everything you need to know about energy efficiency tax deductions
The Ecobonus is a measure introduced by the Ministry for Economic Development, and is aimed at all taxpayers. Tax deductions are offered to provide a very advantageous incentive for energy upgrading.
This measure makes it possible to deduct from personal income tax (Irpef) or corporate income tax (Ires) a part of the expenses incurred to raise energy efficiency in existing buildings. The deduction is spread over 10 yearly instalments of equal amounts. Costs eligible for deduction include the costs of energy-saving interventions and costs related to the professional services needed to carry out the intervention itself and acquire required energy certification.

Saving energy and money with turnkey projects
The Conto Termico is an instrument that offers incentives for actions to raise energy efficiency and produce thermal energy from renewable sources for small-scale plants.
Beneficiaries:
Public administrations;
Businesses (e.g. condominiums and subjects receiving income from business or farming);
Private concerns (e.g. individuals)
Those eligible may use incentives directly or act through a certified ESCo (Energy Service Company). As an ESCo with UNI CEI 11352 certification, SGR Efficienza Energetica can help you to bring your energy needs into the future.
There is available funding of EUR 900 million a year, 200 million of which set aside for Public Administrations for carrying out one or more of the actions set out in article 4(2) of the Decree.
With the Conto Termico, buildings can be upgraded, and their energy performance improved, with a reduction in energy needs and related costs, making the intervention economically viable.
