What has been done
The hotel is located in the historic centre of Cattolica, in a building complex dating back to 1926, originally housing an indoor market and a fishmonger's, which remains intact. The project was partially financed through the incentives system under the Conto Termico scheme (pursuant to Ministerial Decree 16/02/16) and carried out with the EPC formula, guaranteeing specific performance indicators, verified from season to season.Do you want more information?
