On Wednesday 27 September the event “From 110% to the PNRR. Focus on opportunities and time frames for green buildings and energy efficiency” proved to be a stimulating discussion. The occasion was an opportunity to discuss and share ideas thanks to a content-rich programme and the participation of experts in the field of energy savings and incentives for the public and private sectors.
During the meeting Sergio Pizzolante , President of Vertical-SGR Edifici Green, presented a detailed analysis of the Group’s Superbonus experience, proposing possible future scenarios for incentives underpinning Vertical SGR’s strategic plan.
Chartered Accountant Luca Tentoni outlined the constantly evolving regulatory framework, providing an in-depth examination of the latest innovations and potential changes for 2024.
Alessio Cividini, Head of Energy Management at SGR Efficienza Energetica, highlighted the most relevant strategies and technologies for reducing energy consumption in the area of production.
Finally, Giuseppe Riga, CEO of Vertical-SGR Edifici Green, offered a global vision of the procurement regulatory framework, considering the latest updates, delving more deeply into the project financing mechanism.
