What has been done
The project got under way in 2016 with the need to monitor and manage the consumption of a large restaurant chain, following which the Genesis project was launched. Work was completed with the installation of ACRON software, the BMS of Conclima - SGR Efficienza Energetica Group that manages all energy sources through ad hoc hardware devices, AI in self-learning mode and an H24 operations centre. Special focus was placed on the efficiency of kitchens, using specific hardware and software solutions.Do you want more information?
